Hello, I'm Tom Diamond and I'm all about buying and upgrading small businesses.
I grew a passion for small business when I ran my own wellness center up in Canada for seven years. Then I took my expertise down to California, where I jumpstarted a small brain health program to shoot for $10 million in sales with the help of some awesome partners. Soon after, I saw the fantastic potential of small business investing and never looked back.
Before all that, I worked on great projects as an operations consultant, saving $10 million every year in process improvements for over 10,000 staff members in 30 regional hospitals, and improving service quality for a 7,000-strong home care organization. I even got to work directly with legendary quality expert, Dr. Edwards W. Deming, on exciting large-scale change projects for more than 100 US Navy organizations!
I've also held management roles, where I led teams with up to 50 amazing people in education and healthcare, hired more than 200 superstars, and created some top-notch leadership development programs for over 500 executives and managers.
